Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Maya Clean Beauty is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, all purchases are made directly with Maya Clean Beauty. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Maya Clean Beauty. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
